GOA Casas do Mar offers five houses in the prime area of Praia do Rosa, just 250 meters from the sea and Lagoa Do Meio, and 150 meters from the town center. Each house includes three bedrooms with TVs and sea views, as well as two bathrooms on the ground floor:

Master suite: queen bed, private bathroom, hot/cold air conditioning, and sea view. Second bedroom: queen bed and hot/cold air conditioning. Third bedroom: four single beds (bunk beds), hot/cold air conditioning, and sea view. Option to adjust setup for a double bed.

Upstairs you will find:

Kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a full set of utensils. Third bathroom. Spacious deck with grill and stunning panoramic sea views.

Easy beach access is available through a cobblestone street that connects to a trail, just 200 meters from the houses. This trail leads to the Lagoon do Meio and opens directly onto the beach within approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The center of Rosa is only 150 meters away, offering shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Please note that reaching the center involves walking up and down a hill in both directions, which may make the walk a bit more challenging.
