About the place

Two houses facing the sea, one hundred meters from the beach and from Lagoa do Meio. In the morning you hear the ocean before opening your eyes; in the afternoon the sun sets behind the hill, on the other side of the veranda.
Buda 1 and Buda 2 are independent and share the same layout: three bedrooms, two floors and a wooden deck with a barbecue facing the sea. Up to eight guests per house. The difference is in the bathrooms — Buda 1 has three full bathrooms, Buda 2 has two full bathrooms and a powder room.
Upper floor: open-plan living room integrated with the full kitchen. The deck opens off the living room, with a barbecue, a hammock and views of the sea and the mountains. There is also a dedicated workspace.
Ground floor: master suite with a queen bed, private bathroom and sea view; second bedroom with a queen bed; third bedroom with four single beds in bunks, which can be reconfigured into a double bed. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
On foot: 100 meters to the beach, 100 meters to Lagoa do Meio and 350 meters to the centrinho, where the restaurants, the market and the shops are. You can spend the entire stay without using a car.
Included services: daily cleaning except Sundays from November to April, and except Sundays and Wednesdays from May to October; cotton bed linen and towels, changed during the stay; 800 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi; Samsung 4K Smart TV with satellite channels and Bluetooth sound system; washing machine and dryer; beach chairs and a parasol; outdoor shower and a safe.
On request: breakfast, private chef, massages and airport transfer.

Access to the place

Our location is ideal for enjoying the sound of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. Beach access is easy, following a trail that starts 20 meters from our houses and leads down to the middle lagoon, reaching the beach in just 3 minutes. The town center of Rosa is 400 meters away, where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. To get there, you need to go up and down the hill both ways, which can make the walk a bit challenging.

Information about transportation

Buda da Lagoa offers easy and direct access to the beach through a trail that goes around Lagoa do Meio, providing a peaceful walk surrounded by nature. The trail leads to the beach in just 3 minutes, with beautiful scenery along the way. To reach the downtown area of Praia do Rosa or the house, you need to go down and up a hill on a stone-paved road, which is typical of the region. This road is rustic and narrow, just like the others in the area, and the walk to the downtown area takes about 10 minutes. In the downtown area, you will find bars, restaurants, and markets, making the location of the house ideal for those who want to enjoy the Praia do Rosa without needing to use a car during their stay.

Our property, Buda da Lagoa, features two similar houses (Buda 1 and Buda 2), designed to offer you an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Imagine waking up to the sound of the sea breeze and enjoying golden sunsets from your private terrace, complete with stunning views of both the ocean and mountains.

Space Layout:

Upper Floor: Enjoy a spacious open-concept living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The highlight of the house is the large wooden terrace, featuring a grill—perfect for barbecues with breathtaking ocean views—and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.

You will also find a dedicated workspace.

Lower Floor:

This level contains the sleeping areas: Master suite with a queen bed, private bathroom, air conditioning (hot/cold), and ocean views. Second bedroom with a queen bed and air conditioning (hot/cold).

Third bedroom with four single beds (bunk beds), air conditioning (hot/cold), and ocean views. (The arrangement can be modified to include a double bed if desired.)
