Buda da Lagoa consists of two houses, Buda 1 and Buda 2, located in the best area of Praia do Rosa, just 100 meters from the beach and the central lagoon, and 400 meters from the town center. Both houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor: - Master suite: queen bed, private bathroom, air conditioning (hot/cold), and sea view. - Second bedroom: queen bed and air conditioning (hot/cold). - Third bedroom: four single beds (bunk beds), air conditioning (hot/cold), and sea view. The arrangement can be modified to add a double bed. The upper floor includes: - Equipped kitchen. - Living room and TV area. - Third bathroom. - Large decks with grill and amazing sea views. Our location is ideal for enjoying the sound of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. Beach access is easy, following a trail that starts 20 meters from our houses and leads down to the middle lagoon, reaching the beach in just 3 minutes. The town center of Rosa is 400 meters away, where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. To get there, you need to go up and down the hill both ways, which can make the walk a bit challenging.

To reach the downtown area of Praia do Rosa or the house, you need to go down and up a hill on a stone-paved road, which is typical of the region. This road is rustic and narrow, just like the others in the area, and the walk to the downtown area takes about 10 minutes. In the downtown area, you will find bars, restaurants, and markets, making the location of the house ideal for those who want to enjoy the region without needing to use a car during their stay.
